Welcome

Welcome to TrishnaJewelry!

My most important shop policy is this -- email me and i will answer you in all cases. I am always open to discussion.

NOTE: Color varies between computer systems and monitors; if you are particular about your color let's talk before you buy. I try to describe my colors accurately. I find reds to burgundy in whitehearts vexing; some turquoises photograph oddly, and garnets and amethysts also can look bluer or pinker in images. Garnets are usually pink to burnished red.

Would you like to see my previous feedback? I had this shop on Etsy for several years, and you are welcome to see the wonderful feedback my customers have left me there. I Just arrived here and am moving all my items to Zibbet: https://www.etsy.com/shop/trishnajewelry?ref=si_shop

Shipping details

This section should be called shipping and handling.

I normally ship USPS within 3 WORKING days of an order, though occasionally I am called away on business and will email you promptly if this is so. Our local Post Office is not open Saturdays. I pay for tracking on all items.

I cannot guarantee shipping times (when it will arrive) because that is out of my hands once it is sent; any suggested time is what the USPS has told me.

I am happy to increase insurance for anyone; convo me and I will add a nominal fee to your order.

If you live in Portland, Oregon, and want to pick up your item we can do that as well; saves shipping.

I am new to zibbet, and have not decided wether I will ship outside the USA.

If an item arrives damaged please take a picture before opening and email me asap. Even good packing cannot stand being sat on by elephants! ♥

Refunds, returns & exchanges

If an item arrives damaged email me immediately with an image of the box / item damage. I am much more unlikely to work with you on a replacement or refund with images. I do not insure all items, but I track all items. I insure items over the amount I would want to refund if broken or lost, as insurance is expensive.

On handmade items, if there is a problem, please contact me ASAP. If a beaded item breaks within a month save all beads and ship them back to me and I will restring (all beads must be there) at no charge. If all the beads are not there we have to talk about the restringing options if the bead cannot be matched. After 30 days, I may charge restringing costs + shipping; some people, like my husband, wear their items all the time, never take them off, and he works in a shop, so there is restringing about three times a year. I have never had to restring any item I wear.

If you are unhappy with the color, contact me; let's talk and see where it takes us!

On vintage items, I do not accept returns for full refund, but I am willing to talk to everyone as i want a happy return customer. Returns must be requested within one week after they arrive.

In all other areas, return for store credit is available. And I am always open to discussion, as I want my customers happy! If I don't know you are unhappy, I can't help you!

If the item is a gift and the recipient does not like it, a return for store credit (in like condition) can be given.

Additional information

I am an eco-nut, loving our planet, and so, I am careful about where I buy gemstones. Items like coral, for instance, are all reclaimed off old necklaces found in antique stores. I am careful about where I purchase gemstones, both from sustainability practices and from known labor-abuse areas, and so, I generally buy from India not China. My buddhist pendants are bought directly from various Buddhist groups, so that you are indirectly also supporting them, or the Karen tribe in Thailand. Note our FABRIC GIFT BAGS! Re-useable -- how green is that?! -- and affordable. And you will probably get recycled shipping boxes!

TrishnaJewelry was born when I couldn't find what I wanted to wear with both my little black dress on business and seven scarves going boho. I wanted my jewelry to mean something to me. I began with simple brilliant gemstone or vintage beads and combined them with my favorite iconography. My husband Mitchell was not far behind with a request, and the Men's line was born.

Currently I've decided to lighten up by selling some vintage family jewelry and other items from the late 70's and 80's. I am not a fine jeweler nor an antique dealer; 90% of my vintage items are family items I am selling. I am telling you all that I know about the items, especially if they are family items. I can't weigh jewelry, sorry.

I am open to custom orders and frankly, any convo about product -- we shall see where the convo takes us!

My Wooly Booly scarf line is my sanity. Seasonally I puts all the scarves I makes in a year that don't go to friends on the site. Snatch them while you can! On Wooly-booly scarves and teddies, follow cleaning instructions. Hand wash in a clean sink (not even the most delicate washing machine), organic dish soap (NO WOOLITE) and lay flat to dry. OR dry clean. Keep them away from zippers, which seems to be the death of them -- and jealous friends who steal them.

Thank you for shopping TrishnaJewelry! _()_
