If an item arrives damaged email me immediately with an image of the box / item damage. I am much more unlikely to work with you on a replacement or refund with images. I do not insure all items, but I track all items. I insure items over the amount I would want to refund if broken or lost, as insurance is expensive.
On handmade items, if there is a problem, please contact me ASAP. If a beaded item breaks within a month save all beads and ship them back to me and I will restring (all beads must be there) at no charge. If all the beads are not there we have to talk about the restringing options if the bead cannot be matched. After 30 days, I may charge restringing costs + shipping; some people, like my husband, wear their items all the time, never take them off, and he works in a shop, so there is restringing about three times a year. I have never had to restring any item I wear.
NOTE: Color varies between computer systems and monitors; if you are particular about your color let's talk before you buy. I try to describe my colors accurately. I find reds to burgundy in whitehearts vexing; some turquoises photograph oddly, and garnets and amethysts also can look bluer or pinker in images. Garnets are usually pink to burnished red. If you are unhappy with the color, contact me; let's talk and see where it takes us!
On vintage items, I do not accept returns for full refund, but I am willing to talk to everyone as i want a happy return customer. Returns must be requested within one week after they arrive.
In all other areas, return for store credit is available. And I am always open to discussion, as I want my customers happy! If I don't know you are unhappy, I can't help you!
If the item is a gift and the recipient does not like it, a return for store credit (in like condition) can be given.
